ABOUT THE NORTH KENT REGION
North Kent is composed of four districts: Dartford, Gravesham, Maidstone and Swale. There is also Medway which acts as a unitary authority, so I will also include grammar schools in Medway in this post.
North Kent borders Thurrock and Essex to the north and the London borough of Bexley to the west (I will also include some detail about grammar schools in these areas in this post).
Note: Level 5+ GCSE pass rates (posted below) are correct as of time of writing. This refers to the percentage of students passing GCSE Maths and English with a level 5 or greater.

Dartford Grammar School is a selective secondary (ages 11–19) foundation school for boys in Dartford, Kent, England, which admits girls to its sixth form (ages 16–18). All of the students joining the school are considered to be from the top 25% of the ability range, as determined by the 11-Plus examinations.
The students come from Dartford, neighbouring towns and villages, and nearby London boroughs, as well as an increasing number of students from Essex. The current roll is 1,203, including 461 in the sixth form.
It is the brother school of Dartford Grammar School for Girls.

From 1954 to 1982, the school was called Dartford Technical High School. Today, it is a specialist engineering school with a strong emphasis on design technology, mathematics and physics.
The uniform consists of navy blue blazers, white shirts, grey or black trousers and different ties for each house within the school. Suits are worn in the sixth form. The school is situated directly alongside Wilmington Academy and has multiple bus services that also serve Dartford Grammar School for Girls, Dartford Grammar School, Wilmington Grammar School for Girls and Wilmington Academy.

Previously known as Tonbridge Grammar School for Girls, but with the introduction of boys in the sixth form in 2002, the school changed its name. Tonbridge Grammar School has served 18 years as an International Baccalaureate World School, and of 2014 was announced as best International Baccalaureate state school in the United Kingdom for the sixth consecutive year.

On 15 October 2015, the government gave permission for the school to create an "annexe" in Sevenoaks. Before this time no new grammar schools were permitted so Sevenoakes, which was non-selective, was not permitted to create one. This judgement was controversial.

Tunbridge Wells Grammar School for Boys (TWGSB) is a grammar school in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England.
Founded as a technical school in 1956, TWGSB became a grammar school in 1982.
The current enrolment of 1,504 pupils (of which 326 are in the sixth form) is spread across two sites: the main site in Tunbridge Wells and the annexe in Sevenoaks. The lower school is all boys (aged 11–16 years) whilst the sixth form is mixed (aged 16–18 years).
Admission to the lower school is selective with pupils required to pass the eleven-plus selection test administered by Kent County Council. Successful pupils fall within the top 25 per cent of the ability range upon entrance.

Tunbridge Wells Girls' Grammar School (TWGGS), established in 1905, is an all-female selective school in Royal Tunbridge Wells, a town in Kent, England. The "eleven plus" examination represents the main entrance criterion, along with residence within the catchment area (1.6 miles as of 2015). A small number of spaces are reserved for students outside the catchment area, which are called governess places. These are generally only given to students with high marks in the 11+.

Highworth Grammar School is a selective secondary school (grammar school) in Ashford, Kent. The school also admits boys to the sixth form. At an Ofsted inspection in June 2013, the school was rated 1 (outstanding) in all categories.
Highworth Grammar School is a selective school of over 1,519 pupils, of whom over 450 are in the Sixth Form, which admits both boys and girls. The school was established in 1904 and moved to its present site in 1928. Since that time there has been a considerable amount of rebuilding and expansion. The school converted to Academy status in 2011.
Pupils from the school were chosen to form part of a "guard of honour" for athletes at the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games, displaying artistic creations their school made to celebrate the event.

Rochester Grammar School (known as Rochester Grammar School for Girls until 2006) often abbreviated to RGS is a grammar school for the education of girls between the ages of 11 and 18. It has academy status. It is now known as just "Rochester Grammar School" following the introduction of boys into the sixth form.[1]
Rochester Grammar School is located on Rochester Maidstone Road, opposite the Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School. Their sixth form is mixed but the rest of the school is single-sex.

Rainham Mark Grammar School
Rainham Mark Grammar School (previously Known as Gillingham Technical High School) is the only co-educational selective grammar school in the Medway, Kent, England area. It has academy status, along with Twydall Primary School and Riverside Primary School.
RMGS is a secondary school. It has over 1400 pupils aged 11–16 and over 300 aged 16–18 taking A levels. It aims to be a friendly, caring and stimulating community which motivates young people to enjoy learning, participate enthusiastically in wider activities and make the most of their abilities.

Chatham Grammar School
Chatham Grammar School for Girls ("CGSG") is a girls grammar school with academy status and a mixed sixth form. In September 2017 it became a member school of the University of Kent Academies Trust (UKAT), joined with another secondary school, Brompton Academy.
Since 2019 it has described itself as Chatham Grammar School on its website and signage, reflecting the presence of boys on the sixth form roll.

Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School (usually known as QE or QEGS) is a selective co-educational grammar school with academy status in Faversham, Kent, southeast England. It was formed in 1967, when the Queen Elizabeth 1 Grammar School for Boys and the William Gibbs School for Girls merged and moved into new accommodation opposite.
The school is attended by approximately 984 students, who come from Faversham and the nearby towns of Whitstable and Herne Bay. The school is a Mathematics and Computing Specialist School, a title gained in 2005. In 2009, Modern Languages was also added to that list.
