A Complete List of Kent Grammar Schools

If you're reading this, you may be researching grammar schools, partially selective schools or schools with specific religious beliefs (such as a Church of England or Catholic School) in the Kent region. Read this page if you'd like to know more about these kinds of schools.

Firstly, we'd like to introduce ourselves!

We are tutors specialising in 11-plus entrance exams. We also understand the level of academic performance Kent grammar schools expect from 11-plus candidates.

By the way, feel free to get in touch with us if you have any concerns about admissions to a specific grammar school in the UK.

Thank you 😀

How Many Grammar Schools are there in Kent?

There are 32 grammar school in the Kent region alone. There are even more schools if you count the Medway area, or if you count partially selective schools. We understand this can be quite confusing!

But it is so important that you find the right school for your child. For example, if your child has an aptitude for music or sports, you might want to find a school which caters to those specialisms.

So, I thought I would make two lists - one for the 32 grammar schools in Kent, and the other for schools in Kent which may also be partially selective or religious. The second list also includes grammar schools in Medway.

Also included is a brief summary of the grammar schools mentioned (and their respective website links). Hopefully this gives you an idea of the school's character.
